| My name is Tanya I have been working in child care for the past 13 years. I have worked with children of the ages 0-6 in a variety of child care settings. I have been trained in Early Childhood Education and have my Ontario and British Columbia ECE diploma. I have been trained on the YMCA Playing to learn Curriculum, and took part in creating training videos for this curriculum, I have also had the opportunity to take part in Building Resiliency In Children Training, High Scope Curriculum Training, and The Hannon Learning Language Training. I worked as a Teacher and Acting Director for the YMCA family Development centre for 5 years with all age groups. I also worked at the Whistler Children's Centre as the Head Teacher of the Periwinkle classroom for the past 3 years and as the Program Coordinator for several months.
